Sunflowers Sessions Late July - August
Sunflower portrait sessions are available in July and August and September at two different St. Louis area sunflower fields. These beautiful nature portrait sessions are great for kids and families, engagements, couples, maternity and high school seniors. Dates are limited as each field is only in bloom for 7-10 days. All portrait photoshoots will be conducted in the late afternoon and early evening when the summer lighting is best! Because of the short blooming season it is important to reserve your spot as soon as possible.

For senior pictures, the 60 minute session is recommended for clients
that would to include an outfit change and a digital file resized for the yearbook.

Bugs & Bees
Sunflowers are always covered in bees and bugs. If you or your children have bee allergies and/or are very fearful of bees this session will not be a good fit for your family. I'd be happy to talk with you about alternative summer photo session location options such as the creek sessions.
What if it Rains?
I'll keep my eye on the weather forecast. If rain is expected during your session, I will send an email or call you to reschedule with my next available date. Your session might have to be moved to a different location depending upon my schedule.
If you need to reschedule, as a curiosity, please notify me via email 24 hr. prior to your session time. We will reschedule the session for a date / time that works for both of us. Sessions must be rescheduled within 6 months.
